The execution layer of product work is automating fast. PRDs, research summaries, tickets, prototypes. The people who thrive will be the ones who double down on judgment, clarity, and decision-making. That's where coaching becomes useful.
Early-stage founders juggling product, commercial, and team dynamics, who need a thinking partner outside the cap table.
PMs and Heads of Product stepping into a role with no template. Often the first product hire in a startup.
Moving from delivery to advisory, or trying to build a sustainable practice rather than a series of one-off engagements.
I can't tell you what to do. What I can do is help you think more clearly and strengthen your own judgment. But after 15 years in product teams, there are moments where sharing a perspective becomes useful, especially when someone is stuck in a pattern I've seen before.
Coaching only works when it's honest. That means challenging assumptions, pushing back on goals that don't hold up to scrutiny, and naming the thing in the room you may be avoiding.
I bring tools to our sessions: T-GROW to shape a discussion, SMART goals when you need measurable outcomes, now / next / later when your roadmap is a wishlist. The frameworks are scaffolding. Clarity is the point.
A single 90-minute session. You come with a decision you've been circling, a conversation you need to prepare for, or a moment of transition you want to think through properly. We go deep on one thing. You leave with your head clear and a direction.
Start with a Fit CheckFour 90-minute sessions over six to eight weeks. The first 90 days in a new role. A pricing decision you keep avoiding. The conversation with your co-founder you've been putting off. We stay on one thing until it's resolved.
Start with a Fit CheckSix 90-minute sessions over three to four months. Stepping into a leadership role with no template. Building something that holds together rather than a string of projects. Figuring out what comes next when the obvious answer isn't obvious anymore.
Start with a Fit CheckI'm Nadav. A product and people leader, an investor, and a coach. I've worked with companies like Spotify, Octopus, and JPMorgan Chase to design and launch new products, transform how they work, and streamline complex business processes.
I started My North Club following my accreditation from Cambridge because I kept noticing the same patterns across teams: smart people stuck in their own heads, struggling to make progress, avoiding asking the hard question. My job isn't to give you the answer. It's to create the space and structure for you to find it, and to push back honestly when you don't. Progress over comfort.
Nadav asks the questions I've been quietly avoiding for months. Four sessions in and I'd made the call I'd been circling all year.
Structured without being rigid. I left every session knowing what I was going to do next, not just feeling better about being stuck.
Free, 30 to 45 minutes. A clear yes or no. No follow-up sales pitch.
Book a Fit CheckMost people start with the Fit Check. If we're a fit, I'll tell you which one fits the work you described. The packages exist so we don't waste the first session figuring out the shape of things.
Online by default. Sessions run on Google Meet or Zoom, your pick. If you're in London and prefer to meet in person occasionally, that's possible to arrange.
24 hours notice and we'll find another time. Less than that and we use the slot. Life happens, and one-off exceptions are fine.
Not currently. I focus on one-to-one work because that's where I've seen the deepest change happen. If you're looking for team facilitation, I can recommend people.
It hasn't happened yet. The first session almost always surfaces three things you didn't mean to bring up. Part of the work is figuring out which of them is the actual problem.
